Vitamin B1 CAS NO. 59-43-8

Vitamin B1 , also known as thiamine or thiamine, is an indispensable member among the group of vital B vitamins due to its important involvement in facilitating normal glucose metabolism, while ensuring the proper functioning of nerve conduction pathways along with heart performance and gastrointestinal tract health.  In addition, it collaborates with adenosine triphosphate by forming vitamin B1 pyrophosphate (thiamine diphosphate), which serves as an imperative coenzyme necessary for the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism.

  • Item NO.:

    CAS NO. 59-43-8
  • Color:

    White fine crystals or powder
  • Package:

    25 Kg/Drum

Description

Vitamin B1 combines with adenosine triphosphate to form vitamin B1 pyrophosphate (thiamine diphosphate or coenzyme), which is a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate metabolism, and a lack of this coenzyme can lead to oxidative metabolism and the formation of pyruvic acid and lactic acid build-up, affecting the body's energy supply.
Vitamin B1 can also inhibit cholinesterase activity, when lacking: cholinesterase activity increases, acetylcholine hydrolysis is accelerated, leading to impaired nerve impulse conduction and affecting gastrointestinal and cardiac function.

Aquatic: In aquatic animals the role of vitamin B1 is extensive, vitamin B1 long-term shortage of its growth impact, will be through the body metabolic reaction obstacles, produce a series of deficiencies. Shrimp, crab and other crustaceans can not synthesize vitamin B1 or synthesize a very small amount, it is difficult to meet their physiological needs, must be obtained through artificial feeding. Vitamin B1 promotes sugar metabolism, and it must be ensured that its vitamin B1 diet is 60mg/kg in order for shrimp to fully utilize the sugar source in the bait.

Poultry: Vitamin B1 has an important role in the growth of poultry, it allows enough to promote the growth and development of animals, promote protein, sugar and fat metabolism in the animal body, to help animals to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system, enhance the animal's immune system, improve resistance to various diseases.
