Ivermectin is a new type of broad-spectrum, high-efficiency and low-toxic antiparasitic antibiotic, which has a good repellent effect on in vitro and external parasites, especially nematodes and arthropods.    But not for tapeworms, treodes and protozoa.   Macrolide antiparasitic drugs for nematodes and arthropods, is to increase the body of the inhibitory transmitter γ -aminobutyric acid (GABA) release, and open the glutamate control of Cl ion channel, enhance nerve membrane permeability of Cl, thus blocking the transmission of nerve signals, eventually nerve paralysis, the muscle cells lose contraction ability, leading to the insect body death.   Ivermectin is widely used in gastrointestinal nematodes, sheep, horses, and pigs, intestinal nematodes, ear mites, scabmites, heart worms, and microfilae, and poultry intestinal nematodes and ectoparasites.
