What Are You Looking For?
Penicillin G is derived from penicillin cultures and is highly effective, cost-efficient, and the preferred treatment for sensitive Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-positive cocci, and spirochete infections (including syphilis). It has a wide range of applications.

Penicillin is an organic acid with stable properties and is insoluble in water. Can be combined with metal ions or organic bases into salt, clinically commonly used sodium salt, and potassium salt. Penicillin potassium or sodium salt is a white crystalline powder, odorless or slightly specific odor, and with wet lead. Dry properties are stable, can be stored at room temperature for several years without failure, and are heat resistant. In acid, alkali, heavy metal ions, and oxidants that rapidly fail. Very easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in fat oil or liquid paraffin. Its aqueous solution is extremely unstable and its potency rapidly decreases rapidly at room temperature. The 10% aqueous solution pH was from 5.5 to 7.5.

Application
Penicillin is a narrow spectrum of bactericidal antibiotic with strong antibacterial effect. Penicillin has potent antibacterial activity against a variety of Gram-positive bacteria (including streptococcus, pneumococcus, sensitive Staphylococcus and bacilli), some gram-negative cocci (including meningococci, gonococci), spirochetes and actinomyces, sensitive against Gram-positive bacteria including diphtheriae, bacillus anthracis and Gram-positive anaerobic bacillus, such as bacillus tetanus and perfringens; but is very weak against Gram-negative bacilli, ineffective against tuberculosis, rickettsiae, viruses, etc. Penicillin is a fungicide during bacterial reproduction, mainly producing antibacterial effects by interfering with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. It can inhibit the synthesis of mucopeptide, the basic component of bacterial cell wall, resulting in cell wall defects, water infiltration into the bacterial cytoplasm, resulting in swelling and deformation of the bacterial body, and finally lysis and death. Because the cell wall mucopeptide content of Gram-positive bacteria is higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria, it has a strong effect on the former. Human and animal cells have no cell walls, so that penicillin is almost nontoxic to them. Clinically, it is mainly used for various infections caused by gram-positive bacteria, such as sepsis, pneumonia, nephritis, mastitis, endometritis, trauma infection, pig erysipelas, pig lymph node swelling, rabbit and avian staphylococcal disease, streptococcal disease, anthrax, malignant edema, emphysema and gangrene, horse adenosis, etc. Penicillin can also be used for the treatment of actinobacteria and leptospirosis. Penicillin can also be applied locally, such as in the milk tube, in the uterus and joint cavity injection, to treat mastitis, endometritis and arthritis. In addition, some people and streptomycin combined, injection postpartum fish, prevention and treatment of secondary infection. Penicillin is also used in the treatment of enterococcus infectious pericarditis, tetanus and gas gangrene caused by clostridium, epidemic encephalomyelitis, listeria bacteriosis, etc. After surgery or after surgery, to prevent the occurrence of inflammation, penicillin is also the first choice drug. This product is not acid resistant, not enzyme resistance, not internal administration. In aqueous solution, the stability is poor, rapid degradation, poultry disease prevention generally should not use free mixed drinking, but can use "thirst method" mixed drinking, for intestinal local infection, such as necrotizing enteritis, ulcerative enteritis, coccidiosis and secondary bacterial infection of viral diseases.
